I do not use off-the-shelf or pre-made templates in creating your site - all of my sites are custom built to turn your vision into a reality. From simple informative sites to full scale shopping sites, I will work to create the site of your dreams.
Planning: Site Design & Organization
I work with you to identify your message, target audience, and other needs, then develop a plan to deliver your website with the highest impact in those key areas. Together, we will discuss how your site will be organized and complete a Website Planning Guide. No experience is required in this phase, but your input is vital to bringing your site to life!
Together we will choose your colors, fonts, graphics and layout - the overall look & feel of your project. Any graphics, logos or other items you would like to include on your site or use for site building ideas need to be discussed at this point. You will also need to begin gathering pertinent text content about your business for placement on your website.

Domain Names
The domain is your website's name on the net (www.domain.com). If you already have a domain name - great. If not, I offer domain name research and registration on an individual basis or as a part of a hosting package. You can register your domain name even if you don't have a website to put on it yet.
Hosting
Hosting is the space where your website is stored so that it can be viewed on the internet . I setup your hosting and email accounts for you. If you already have a hosting plan - great! If not, I offer affordable annual hosting plans which allow me to easily perform ongoing maintenance and updates on your site. I can also obtain individual hosting for you as well, if you wish to maintain and manage your own site.
Development
Once the initial planning is completed, I will work to create the site layout, content, graphics and other needed components. All the pieces will be brought together adn the initial creation of your site will occur.
Uploading and Testing Your Pages
I will upload your site onto the web in a special testing area for your review and for testing purposes. I will thoroughly test all links and other components of the site to make sure they are fully operating as expected.
Review Website
At this stage, you review all pages for any changes, additions or deletions. It is important to make sure your website has a look and feel you are completely satisfied with and that all content is correct.
Finishing Touches
We will discuss any needed changes and I will make any changes and final touches that may be required.
